DAY 6!
Overall this hasn't been easy. I am a very picky eater so everything i eat is vrey plain plain plain- plain chicken, plain tuna- yuck.

Though i found a few a few things that i do happen to make it better. With chicken i add reduced fat motzarella (sp?) cheese on top and use a spoon full of fat free sour cream on top. Now i know a lot of people might think AHH no sour cream on phase one but i was reviewing all the recipies in the books and some call for it-so i figure it can be used sparingly.

I also had 2 drinks this week one wednesday and one thursday. Thursdya was not on purpose though I went to the bar i frequent often and the bartender made me a drink before i could say anything so i made sure to let him know only water for now on.

I started to do some excersing also. I am doing Carmen elctras strip tease work out videos in the evening which are actaully a decent work out.

all my coworkers and family ahve been very supportive also with little congratulations and other uplifting motivation.

And i would like to thank my mom who has been supporting me more than anyone by grocery shopping and cooking for me while i'm in school, and at work :)
194.5 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.1 lb a week

Hi Jillian, It looks like you are off to a great beginning so, I wouldn't worry about the sour cream too much. This diet is mallable to your own particular needs. I have a little book (SBD: Good Fats, Good Carbs, recommended to me here) where, if you want the official position on sour cream, I'll look it up if I am somehow reminded when I return home in a couple of days. Keep up the good work!
