Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating

I did 🏃🏾‍♂️ run yesterday. That felt good 😁

Stressful day yesterday, as well as a scheduled eating day so I allowed myself to have as many carbs as I wanted.

I was really thirsty throughout the day and drank massive amounts of water, with relatively little coming out…

Great to hear about the run. Body needed liquid and you re-hydrated, that is good.

@liv001 - Yes, I agree. I may 'water fast' on Monday. My motivation is that right now I am sick. I think I may have the flu 😒

Focus on getting better. You already know what to do after you are well again. Stress does tend to run one down. 🙁

your gonna get a whoooosh. when you feel stressed, do you typically hold onto water? 💦 hopefully your enjoying the weekend.

@jenjabba - Yeah I do 'hold onto water' anytime I 'carb up' for multiple day.
