No- yesterday was about 2000 calories- and was SUPER active- gym, yardwork, walked the dog, walked around garage sales- hardly sat- so definitely shouldn't stick... However today's intake- now that may be a different story. :) Just gotta be 195 by 8/31 to meet the goal I set (though 193.4 would be more in line with my averages)

Chris🤣 LOL- No "lax" for me unless needed... and it must have been very needed because I didn't gain back anything lost from it. Even after my potluck- I am weighing 199 right now. Hopefully 196 tomorrow? I can never tell. So Tuesday JC says 194 (Yikes- always goes low on me) and Chris 195.8 Hmmm I'll go 195.4
