Weight has been fluctuating b/c of water weight quite a bit. Going to try and cut down on sodium intake. Also dropping RDI from 1900 to 1800 to see if that helps me to lose a little next week. And I am going to start doing situps and aerobics (Sweating to the Oldies) everyday plus our walks with the dog when the weather permits. Will try this for 2 weeks and will report back with the results!
183.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
