Hello Guys, I hope everyone is doing well. I cheated a little last night. I had two pieces of the low carb candy. I don't know what's going on with me, lately I have gotten slack with my exercising. I am sticking to the diet, but I am slowly putting on weight and I don't know why! I am eating mostly side salads and ground beef or stir fry. I guess I need to get back with my exercising and not depend on anyone but myself when it comes to that. Anyway guys, I guess I will keep keeping on. As long as I stay in the 180s' and can wear my 12s' I'll be ok. Good Luck Guys; Stay Strong!
