Okay...doing pretty well and totally proud of myself! I have been to the gym 3 days a week for the past 3 weeks and lost 5 lbs. I am doing okay with my diet...just a few hiccups here and there.
I went to a groove class and liked it. I went to a zuba class and am not totally convinced that it is for me. Going to go again tomorrow just because I think I get more out of an hour class than 30 min cardio on a machine.
Oh and my body fat has decreased by 2 points ;)
