All is going well. Have been moving, walking, and dancing every chance I get, I'm getting about 3-4,000 steps (pedometer) a day. it records all your movements so I pretty much stay moving, even at work.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 10.5 lb a week
