I've been starting this work out regime for a month now but have not lost A POUND! I've had compliments that I look slimmer, but the scale is NOT AGREEING! I'm getting sort of discouraged but I really want to go down to 135 lbs, healthy BMI for my height, and I just want to feel comfortable and SEXY! I've been hitting the gym 4-6 times a week, 1 and a half to 3 hours at a time. I think my biggest challenge right now is right food choice.. concentrate on what I CAN EAT, and not what I CAN'T!
