Fat Tuesday was really a fat Tuesday for me yesterday so I am not surprised to see the weight gain. Lent will be giving up beer and hard alcohol. Lent will also be excercising every day for at least 20 minutes, to include a day of just stretching every week. Here's to being "Fit in my Forties" by Easter.
