No weight loss to report, super sad about that! I do see my body taking on a better tighter shape so this will strengthen me to keep going. With lent starting I am going to commit myself even more so to no bread or coffee.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
