Happy Tuesday, fellow Fatsecreteers!

I'm down to my pre-Indulgence Day weight. I dropped 400 grams since yesterday - quite a feat considering we went to a buffet for lunch! lol.

Actually, I think I did really good on the buffet. I ended up at 775 (or so) calories, and did mostly smart choices. I counted everything as close as I could, and I will give my last 180 calories that I had left by the end of the day to any miscalculations I might have done. :)

Dinner ended up being a little easy thing - we ordered pita breads. It didn't really cut it for me though, so later I had a wheat tortilla wrap with eggs. It was great, and pretty reasonable on calories and within RDI.

I'm leaning heavily on the RDI these days. I am really trying to USE IT to my advantage. Instead of simply going low, low, low, I'm doing RDI, RDI, RDI! It makes it a LOT easier to lose weight when you eat what you're allowed to instead of cutting much lower.

As long as your body is in that "happy fat cutting 1000 cals less than you burn" place, then you lose weight reasonably fast. That is what I have seen before, and that is what I see now - assuming that the weight will keep coming off, of course.

I'm still in the groove. I had no chocolates, no candies, no anything bad yesterday. I even skipped my evening smoothie, as I wasn't really hungry for it, and I really wanted to put those calories towards my doubt about registering everything at the buffet right.

Today, Wife and I got up a little late. Wife isn't going to work until Thursday, so we took an extended sleep this morning, and took time to do (even) better breakfast than usual. We had some roasted onion, mushroom, jalapeño, tomato with scrambled eggs, in a whole wheat tortilla. Well, half a tortilla for me. The other half will go with the other half of my food for lunch. It's super delish and I am more than okay with eating it twice in a day. :)

I won't have too much time to think of foods today at work. I like that. I have three interviews and a meeting, so the entire day is booked. However, I might have to stay late a wee bit, as I am waiting for a delivery guy to bring a package for Wife. He's there sometime between 8 am and 5 pm, and since I am off at 3:30 pm, I might have to kick in a little overtime. We'll see what happens.

Dinner? Not sure. I have 650 calories alotted for it though - I should be fine. I'm not concerned about it. I have everything else put in my food calendar, including evening smoothie. If Wife (unexpectedly) decides on food high in calories, I'll simply skip the smoothie again. No biggie.

Today, I'm thankful for:
- Reaching pre-Indulgence Day weigh-in. Everything I lose from now this week is an improvement on last days' weigh-in.
- Sleeping late and spending more time with Wife.
- Morning Coffee!
- Busy but good day at work today, I think!
