I changed my diet to be low-carb after I fell off the wagon for a bit and it seems to be doing the trick. I think I definitely need some guidelines for a diet to work for me. This month has a bunch of events for me and my family (Birthdays, Showers, Valentine's Day) so I think low carb will help me enjoy these events without having to shelve my weight loss goals.

Low carb is the way to go, welcome to the neighborhood.The thing I do for special occasions or holidays is find out what the menu is and preplan what I can have.
