Didnt loose a single gram on the scale this week, but did one cm around the chest, waist and hips. Probably has something to do with the waterbalance and some weight lifting. :-)
226.0 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
