Chest was very croaky on Friday so relaxed til today.Had my ist workout in 5 days.

Evening workout: weights

Chest / Bicepts / Abs

3 x 12/10/8 Bench press (10/14/20kg)
3 x 12/10/8 Seated curls(10/14/20kg)
3 x 12/10/8 Flies (10/14/20kg)
3 x 12/10/8 Concentration curls (10/14/20kg)
3 x 12/10/8 Pushups
3 x 12/10/8 Seated 45deg Db curls (10/14/20kg)
3 x 20 Crunch / Leg raises/ 3 x 15 side leg raises
3 x 50 Broomstick twists

20 min cycle Cooldown
