Been hard to check in everyday, but the phone app makes it easier to track my calories. I make sure I do that everyday, no matter what. Still losing! Go me!! :)
197.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
