Head down for the next 2 weeks. Feels like the heaviest I've been for a number of years with jeans tight everywhere. No snacking or processed carbs after brekky is the goal!
161.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
