I am going to Bikram yoga again tonight, and hopeful that I hit 190 soon. I have been hanging stable just a few pounds over that, despite all of my hard work. I've been drinking lots of water, eating not too many calories, and exercising regular. Does anybody have any other suggestions?
I'm at a loss, and getting frustrated.
