This is day 2 of no coffee. I have been sipping on Herbal Tea (Pu-Erh). For sweetner I have used Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Natural Sugar.
I'm noticing because of the lack of caffeine I am sleepy. Have to keep moving.
