Feeling really good. Way more energy than 1 month ago. Still have some occasional intense cravings but managing them ok. The month went by fairly quickly and am looking forward to the next month!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
