I'm starting something new. I'm experimenting with a forever food plan instead of a diet. I tend to go extreme and lose a bunch of weight and then gain it back. This time, I'm incorporating small, incremental changes towards a new lifestyle.

Right at this moment I am trying out intermittent fasting. It seems easy so far, but let's see how the weekend goes!
