Trying to resist the urge to go find something sweet. I'm already over my calories by 100 so I CANNOT give in!!!!! I'm mad at myself that I was even thinking about cheating! Writing it down helps.

I have a down fall for sweets so I bought fiber one bars {Chocolate Fudge}. But it has the 90cal only it helps trick my mind into thinking that I ate sweets but wasn't bad for my body.

Thanks. I will remember that one for future. I'm trying to fix my brain from expecting something sweet after dinner. And not eating when I'm not hungry.
