어제는 여러명이 Glenmore Park - 과자 이것저것 먹고는 저녁음 샌드위치 빵빼고 햄과 치즈등 먹음.
183.9 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
