Darn! Three group carry in meals and I'm up 3 pounds. That's a pound per meal. I can't even look at food without gaining weight. So now back on the straight and narrow. Hope you all have a good week.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   gaining 1.5 lb a week

Its probably just salt weight. Drink lots of water and you will flush it all.

You would have had to eat 3500 extra calories for each pound gained- it’s likely water retention! Like bianca said just drink lots of water!
