Well; I ate a little more than planned at work on my fast. Specifically 3 fish sticks and hot chocolate. It is freezing cold in the office so that didn't help and I was feeling pretty weak and lightheaded (and I have to cycle home) so don't see how it could be avoided.

Trying something weird to eat tonight which i saw on Friday's One show - grind up some cauliflower in a blender, add some cumin and tumeric (I think that was what she used) then microwave for about 4 mins = cauliflower rice!

Sounds like my kind of comfort food fast dish. Will have with some leftover cabbage from the weekend (if other half has left me any!) and that should keep me going as all i have to do tonight exercise wise is my 3 x 30 seconds of HIIT - I might do some skipping tonight.

Running day tomorrow, I hope I get to go out in the evening with my club but as I have this stupid interview tomorrow I might be too unhappy and sit at home and feel sorry for myself (I just cannot exercise when depressed - I have to either watch tv, or read).

Will let you know how the cauliflower rice went!

Oh yes let us know how it is. I don't really like cauliflower, but that could change as I love rice!
