Slender wonder weigh in. As an endomorph who finds it hard to lose weight, I should stick to
- 30% carbs
- 35% protein
- 35% fat

Best sources:
- lean protein (white chicken and beef and egg yolk)
- healthy fats like olive oil
- carbs like beans and legumes
- nuts (macadamia)
- fatty fish
- walnuts
- low or non-fat cheese
- seeds
166.2 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
