Today in Office (i work in UAE, weekends are Friday & Saturday) , people started to notice that i've lost some weight, i couldn't curtail the cheeky smile on my face. I was in utopia- a compliment, that i've been waiting craving for all my life (i was always a heavy kid).
After coming from work, i pulled out my measuring tape in excitement and realized i've lost an inch from both my hips and arms (problem areas).
Today was my cheat day, but now it feels like a crime or worse A SIN :P
Well, i know i need to load up on my carbs, but gonna do it the healthy way- whole wheat pasta with basil and tomato puree, milk, yogurt and fruits.
