At 1300 calories per day I am sated and completely comfortable with the amount of food I am consuming. The rate of weight loss is in line.
Here are some key things to keep in mind:
1)Start each day with fruit and carbs, (enough to feed the hunger).
2)Eat frequently but very low fat and carb throughout the day and maintain a state of "no hunger" Protein and fiber are important here).
3)Eat cold dinners of high protein and carb but low fat.
4)Substitute intense flavor for volume.
5)If volume is necessary drink 2 14 ouince glasses of water and wait 10 minutes the hunger will subside.
