I survived the Ramp it Up! second dvd of Slim in 6. I was doing ok and hanging in there until towards the end, when I was on my back, and Debbie Siebers said to bring your legs out and close them. What a simple move. Then she said we could do crunches and do the spread and close move. I would have screamed then, but I needed to breathe through the exercise. I should have started these dvds back in June.
We have less than a month before we go back to work. I haven't done a whole lot except exercise this summer, but I think that this has been the healthiest summer I've ever had. I'm happy!
