Great job working out in the mornings - I want to get back into that routine but am afraid I would be too sleepy and trip/fall on the treadmill! :)

Good going but I'm with Erika - I wake up too slow. For example - this morning my exercise ball dumped me on the floor. Not too pretty.

ha Ha ladies! Now That sure would be a site to behold! lol, maybe a swim or run on the road would wake you up! It is difficult as sometimes you are so tired you just wanna sleep but i force myself out of bed xx When i get it right its the best start to any day!

Usually I can handle a spin class early in the morning because it doesn't take too much to stay balanced on my stationary bike. I just can't run!! :) You're right, it's definitely a great start to the day!
