Ugh... Went over my calorie count on Saturday, didn't know that damn queso dip was over a thousand calories! :( Went over today as well...I didn't think a 360 calorie pizza would make me go over...but I already cooked it... Guess I'm adding an extra day in the gym. I really want to lose weight...
