Day 1 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Day 11 of 14 days of the "Challenge" with @SharonsVictory: No 'Binging' (more than 100 carbs) for two weeks

I sooo hit 100.50 net carbs yesterday, does it still make the “Challenge”?

I did go to the 🏋🏾‍♂️ gym yesterday, and lifted hard and heavy.

This week I do not expect my usual 1 pound a day loss. I simply did not pack on the usual amount of “water weight” over the weekend.

170.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@liv001 - When I look at my weight chart there 'appears' to be a 'downward trend' but, it will take a few weeks to tell... :)

Gogogo. How do you get up to 100 cabs unless you binge?

@velvetee - I can easily hit 100 carbs by eating some Frosted Flakes and a hamburger :) I consider it a "binge" when I get over 200 carbs. That just takes a burger and fries and a pizza :)

a burger, fries and a pizza the same day = binge for real in my understanding lol. Frosted flake should be eliminated from the earth surface!

Nothing is considered binge if it's planned, and anything will be binge if you didn't planned to eat it. Even your "Healthy Food "

Well somehow binging on broccoli 🥦 does not happen a lot, planned or unplanned 😂

That is true, eating broccoli for me is a sacrifice jaja.

Not me. Sometimes I'll end up filling myself with broccoli and forgetting that I am shooting for 300g of protein. Messes up my macro count for the entire day. Sometimes the wife prepares a big bowl of broccoli for the week and I end up killing it by Tuesday. I get in trouble a lot. 😂

@Velvetee - My definition of 'binging' is when I eat 'compulsively'. It is something that is 'triggered'.

Ken 300g of protein seem a lot to me.. is it even attainable without supplements? Eating a lot of broccoli throughout several days is not binging 😝

@velvetee I weigh 285 lbs and the formula is supposed to be about 1 gram per pound of body weight. I am drinking protein shakes so I guess you are correct with the supplement comment. it is quite difficult to say the least while trying to keep the fat and carbs under control. Calories were so much easier to get when I was able to grab a #4 on the way home. 😂
