Chuffed with my new scales! 109 and 5/8lbs this morning!

Decided I will weigh on a Monday (Monday being a fast day so its my longest period between fast days) and then on a Friday morning (which is after a fast on Thursday)

feeling great!!
109.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My scales throw me off sometimes too. If I am the only one using them they are more dependable I think. However, when the hubs or the grandkids get ahold of them I think they become inaccurate. New scales always cause confusion. I fast on Thursdays and Saturdays and weigh in on Sundays. That gives me 2 of 3 days before weigh in to fast. Also helps me have more control on weekends.
