Well my ankle is mostly better and I overdid it again. I went out and played in the snow with my Nephews felt okay at the time, but it's a bit sore again now, and swollen.

Oh dear...how frustrating. I didn't get my usual Sunday run in cos of the snow - felt guilty but sometimes you just have to think long-term and that its not worth trying something now and then risk being laid up for weeks. You are doing the right thing resting; let us know how things are today.
