Walked around the reservoir (2 laps) just enjoying the morning.
Ate around 3:45 pm.
Tomorrow marks 4 years my mom passed which put me in a downwards spiral at the time. Was doing real well got all the way down to 203 she got ill within in just two months I gained back 40 lbs.
Sunday is father's day my dad passed 9/29/03 the day after my sisters birthday.
This year my birthdays falls on Fathers day.
Hope all have a wonderful weekend.

Well so far only about 1/2 of my lunch has stayed down. I didn't eat the veggie patty. Need to just get off my butt make the appointment and talk with the doctor. It's been 3 1/2 and food still repeats since the surgery. I am tired of this.
