after a frustrating month, I took a FS break and stayed off the scale. Stopped logging and everything. It's time to get back to it. I'm finally off of all medication. The doc stopped my metformin this week and my a1c has been stable at 5.1 for the last two testings and I AM FINALLY IN ONDERLAND. I haven't seen under 200 since my early 20s about 30 years ago!

199.0 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
