4:00 p.m., 20 hours into my second day of longer fasting periods. At 19 hours, I began to feel a little weak and hungry. I continued to drink water but added Keto Chow Electrolyte Drops and took a few "hits" of Redmond's Real Salt under my tongue, as per Dr. Berry's suggestions. That revived me. I feel "empty" but I'm not "starving."

My husband is shocked that I'm actually not eating! (Frankly, so am I!)

Hang in there. But I'm shocked too. I don't think I could do it.

I do If too🤗❤️ I love it but if I’m feeling weak and empty and my water or coffee or green tea isn’t filling that void, more concerned about feeling weak then i eat I go back to a 16 hour fast.
