I've been really bad lately. I work out and try to eat right, but I snack A LOT, so even when I'm snacking on healthy stuff, I think it's still bad. I snack like a fiend when I'm bored LOL

But today I really thought about what I was putting in my mouth, and I think I did all right. I even ate veggie burgers (spicy black bean burgers by Morningstar Farms are YUMMMMMMYYYYY)for lunch and dinner. Instead of hamburger buns, I used multigrain sandwich thins which are "just right," with shredded lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and cheese. I've never had anything more yummy. Even Pat asked me to make her a veggie sandwich to take back with her to work, and if Pat liked it, it must've been hellllllaaaaa good LOL She won't touch anything healthy.

I didn't work out with Angel today because her husband is having a family reunion out of town. Saturday Bootcamp is canceled too. I do, however, have a back-up plan, which is my new Slim in Six workout. I love it. I started it today at 25 minutes, and it was very challenging. I thought it was going to be a cakewalk, but it kicked my butt for real. It was like Angel was on TV, and she made me do my push-ups again! LOL

So, now that I'm back on the wagon with my eating and working out, I hope I can continue. It's hard. You'd think it would get easier, but it's tough to try to be good about everything.
