Yesterday I finished the last exams for a full cardio check-up, everything looks beyond great, with the sole exception of the stupid uric acid levels which are still higher than max average, even with medication.
Because of that, I dropped that whole pure protein, ketosis and all that and started eating balanced again, feeling a little bit better putting carbs back on my diet, and I also increased my exercise level even more, pretty sure I will suffer from overtraining, I did some weight training yesterday morning, and at night did a 1/2 session of Jiu Jitsu followed by a long and strong bike journey.
I know it's psychological, however after two days eating carbs again, I'm feeling a bit 'fat' again.

It's most likely psychological. Just know that - no matter what diet you choose - you lose weight by consuming less than you burn. Your workouts are impressive! Well done! And congrats on the good numbers!

Thanks man, I was slightly worried about health issues after three months of heavy workouts, strong diet, not to mention thermogenics and everything else, but gladly I'm being able to lose weight in a healthy way.

Remember that ketone production goes hand in hand with lipolysis. You don't have to be low/no carb (although it certainly helps), to be in ketosis, only using fat. You're kickin ass dude!

Thanks man, but I didn`t quite understand, how can I be in ketosis without a low/nocarb diet?
