Today was a very long day.

I did everything I was support to do but I really wasn't into it. I just felt like I wasn't seeing any difference and I felt fat. I didn't have the energy like the past few days.

Well my Zumba gold showed up today and I'm planning on trying it tomorrow. Maybe doing something different will pick up my energy levels we'll see.

I think I'm gonna go to bed early tonight and get a little more sleep to I hope I'm not getting sick like everyone else around me.

Hang in there! I have days where I don't want to exercise or do much of anything and then I rmember how I felt 40 pounds ago. That gets me up and moving in no time! I hope you avoid "the crud" and don't get sick!
