Miraculum's Journal, 02 June 2019

A new week, a new month, started June with another combo S/NSV!

The scale's been hanging out in the 220-224-lb. range lately. At 221.8 lbs. on Friday, I netted a 9-lb. loss since my last nephrology follow-up in January. My renal function has improved to 65% - (surprisingly) "normal for age 65" - with no diabetic involvement.

A few weeks ago, I found a few cute skirts in the Coldwater Creek catalog and ordered them in my usual size, 2X (22-24) "Women's Plus." (I hate that "Plus" sizes automatically cost more, whether 1X or 5X.) I've worn 2X for at least 15 years, and 3X for 10 years before that. On delivery, they were all HUGE! I exchanged them all for 1X (18-20), and they fit! YIPPEE!

On to June, joining To145 on the "Summer Campaign," June through August. TALLY-HO!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's absolutely wonderful that your renal function is better with no diabetic involvement. So glad your health is improving. How fun to wear a smaller size, that's a real victory.

Oooh! Going fancy with the Coldwater Creek. That place is expensive enough without paying extra for "plus"... Or I am frugal. Ha. Good job needing a smaller size and your improved health!
