I got a really bad flu, coughing a lot, muscle pains, etc... so I took three days off the diet, until I got better, today I´m nearly 100%, the cough is the only thing that needs to go, so I decided to get back to the diet before I start to gain weight again, which I'm sure I did in those past three days.
