Week 1 I have to admit I didn't do as well as I'd planned! No fast food, but definitely not eating healthy. I guess it shouldn't be an excuse but went through something pretty traumatizing early last week and kinda let the rest of the week slip away from me. I couldn't go to the gym-doctors orders for the rest of the week, but I could have made better decisions about the food I ate! But I'm back on track today. Did 3 miles at the gym and drank lots and lots of water. I hope everyone has a great second week! Keep up the good work and don't let slip ups get you down. It's finishing it till the end that really matters!
