I was hoping for a little weight down; but after last night's dinner, I shouldn't be surprised. I had homemade vegetable stir fry which would have been absolutely wonderful, but then I added soy sauce. And cashews. Mmmm. It was tasty, but now I feel a little bloated (likely due to all that sodium).
Back to my regular menu today, hopefully that will help. I also need to take back my workout time. My kids have been camped out watching TV when I get home. Rather than move them, I move back to the treadmill and stationary cycle and I don't feel those are doing me as much good as workout DVDs.
Hopefully, my son's cluster headache will leave today. He has had a migraine for 7 straight days. He has post concussion syndrome and is susceptible to debiltating migraines. I have been doing a lot of research on diet and how it affects these types of headaches. There is nothing definitive. I wish I knew more.
Better get moving. Below zero temps here today and wind chills that just take your breath away. Have a good day FS members!
