Measurement time!

Thighs L:24.5" (-.5") R:24.5"(-.25")
Calfs L:17"(+.25") R:16.25"(same)
Arms L:12"(-.25") R:12"(-.25")

Eeps, it has been 2 weeks since I last took measurements!! I am acceptable with the results! Especially since my regular workouts have taken such a hit with all the new house prep work that DH and I have been doing! That alone has been giving me a workout!

Once again, this is only an estimation of the calories today. For lunch I had an 8" submarine from Pizza King, which is a local Indiana favorite! Unfortunately they do not have any nutrition information on their website. I am pretty sure that what I put in is well below what I ate. So, I am going to try to keep my calories for the day a little lower.

OMG you are killing the inches. WHAT are you doing? I am super jealous. I feel like everything on my body is staying the same..I am going to be a 12 for the rest of my LIFFEEEEEEEE.

I do a multitude of things. I have these 10 minute workout videos that include pilates, crunch free ab toning (AMAZING!!) and "hip-hop" dance cardio. I also do a lot of walking. Now that I am in my new house, DH and I can go back to doing yoga too.
