Yea! I am so excited to see the numbers going down!
I have added Sensa to my diet and have taken it for about a week now. I will only be able to take it for 2 months because it is so expensive.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 153.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
