Went walking early to beat the heat. 9980 steps, 4 miles. Jogged off and on. I can definitely tell I'm in better shape, I don't get so out of breath when jogging, but my shins hurt a little when doing it. I'm not a fan of jogging and probably won't ever start but do like to get the heart rate up during my walks.
