Well It's been over a week and I finally got on scale--BLECK 203 lbs. I am taking rasberry keytones and green coffee Beans and they do seem to curb my cravings and I don't eat as much. My exercise isn't as good as it should be--I told myself I would go to gym at least 3 times a week for lifting weights--and I did it only 1 and1/2 times. I need a buddy--I don't have anybody here that I know is trying to lose weight

Be kind to yourself, but don't let yourself off the hook either. Having someone to encourage you to get to the gym would be ideal, but don't use that as an excuse. You deserve better and you are the only one who can do this for you. Be strong!
