staying on track. seem like I am following a bit too close sometimes. haven't yet had a splurge yet. working again tonight, this week has been crazy work week...one day then a night then a day. not sure if my body knows whether it is coming or going. trying to get my husband on board with him needing to lose a few pounds. I don't think he realizes that his belly has gotten bigger than it has ever been. trying to make sure I get some protein in whether in the form of nuts or beans or meat or fish. some days is harder than others though.
