I just want to say this is hard
169.3 lb Lost so far: 21.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, it sure is. But look at all the people on this site who stick with it, even though it is hard. And we all support each other in our efforts. You can do this!

It does get easier once you train your body on the foods it is supposed to eat. for instance I have completely eliminated soda/soft drinks from my nutrition plan. Believe it or not I have not had a soda of any kind in over two years. Water or sparkling water only. It takes time so be patient 👊

It’s difficult to turn around a ship that’s been going the same way for a long time. Know that this is a long term change and you’ll succeed by staying the course.

Some days are harder than others. I'm strongest when I plan my meals a day ahead and concentrate on responsibilities and hobbies that keep my mind and hands busy. Hang in there! You're doing well!

I find that Berries and 45% heavy cream is a worthy desert for low carb
