I was so bad this fourth of July weekend. Hence, I will leave these few days blank -- WHAT HAPPENS IN DALLAS STAYS IN DALLAS.

Angel has been trying to give me more challenges on the treadmill because she sees me just jogging almost without much effort. "Oh, look, a hill!" she'll say, and then give me more incline. I just look at her like, "Woman, last week I had an incline of 15. Get out with that '2.'" I swear she wants to keep increasing the speed and incline, but since it's my first week at her studio, she's trying to control herself. I try not to make it look too easy because she'd really go to town on those treadmill settings.

I'm at 196 pounds. I was upset, so Angel got upset with ME and asked, "What's the problem? You're doing well." I gave her my story about how I worked out twice a day sometimes last month, and I only lost 3 pounds... and I think she wanted to beat me. She was like, "Well, then, it's what you're eating." She's probably right. I mean, look at my food entries today: I just ate a 580 calorie salad from Wendy's. LOVED it. But I cannot have that again. Until tomorrow LOL

But seriously. I think I've lost some inches, though. My boobs are now five inches smaller. I lost another inch in my waist. Despite my major fall off the wagon these past two weekends, I've done well to lose three pounds. As Angel would say, "You could have GAINED three pounds." I would have really thrown a major tantrum then.

I just want to break into the 180's -- even if I just weighed 189 at the end of July, I'd be really ecstatic. I guess I just need to just keep doing what I'm doing.

I have to say I was a little worried about such a long silence from you. Hope you had fun in Dallas. I am kind of stuck on 163, but keep saying no gain! I have added weights now. Body pump. I gues i am disappointed in the fact that now that I am exercising i have stopped losing wieght. But I vow not to get discouraged!
